The project team led the development of ceramic copper-clad substrate, which was led by Dr. Wang Bin, former project director of National Key Laboratory of information functional materials, Institute of Microsystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and jointly developed by a number of senior industry experts from Germany, Japan and South Korea, using DCB (direct copper bonding )It is an electronic basic material made by sintering copper foil directly on the surface of ceramics. It is widely used in semiconductor coolers, electronic heaters, high-power power electronic modules, power control circuits, power hybrid circuits, intelligent power components, new energy vehicles (EV, HEV), rail transit (Metro, High speed rail), aerospace, solar panel components, laser and other industrial electronic fields. Under the coordination and promotion of Zhang Enrong, general manager of the company, the project was officially started on March 18, 2018, the main equipment of the project was commissioned at the factory in May, and the first phase of the project was completed and put into operation on July 18. In that year, the invoice sales exceeded 20 million yuan, realizing the fule speed of "signing the contract in that year, construction in that year, and effectiveness in that year".
In 2019, the second phase of the company's automatic production project with an annual output of 2.4 million AMB active metal brazing carrier plates was completed and put into operation, with a total investment of 150 million yuan. All the performances reached the international leading level, and all the key technical links including active solder preparation technology, active solder coating technology, vacuum sintering technology and graphic technology were opened from research and development to production of high reliability copper-clad ceramic substrate 6 patents have been applied for, including 4 invention patents and 1 enterprise standard. The trial products researched and developed have passed the sample certification of many enterprises in the world. The company has rapidly established an automatic production line with independent intellectual property rights, purchased 42 sets of international advanced high-temperature sintering furnace, laser cutting machine and other research and development trial equipment, and achieved the world advanced level of product performance It improves the competitiveness of power module device industry in the world.
Dr. Wang Bin, director of research and development of the project, has been selected as the "innovation and entrepreneurship talents" of the province in 2019, and has been awarded as "special expert of Northern Jiangsu development", "leading talents of Yancheng City" and "excellent scientific and technological workers of Yancheng City".
